  • Post-Installation Safeguarding:Cover the floor with a suitable protective material immediately after installation to safeguard the surfaces from scratches or damage during ongoing on-site processing.
  • Routine Cleaning:Clean regularly using warm water, soft cloths, and microfiber sponges; neutral, low-VOC pH-balanced detergents can be added to the water mix when necessary.
  • Avoid Film-Forming Agents:Refrain from using standard cleaning soaps, surface waxes, or optical rinse aids, as they create a dull patina that accumulates sticky residue and attracts dirt over time.
  • Prohibit Abrasive Tools:Never clean with metal pads, steel wool, rigid wire brushes, or highly abrasive scrubbing tools that can permanently scratch or compromise glossy/polished tile finishes.
  • Oil & Grease Removal:Eliminate stubborn grease or oil spots by applying specialized organic or alkaline solvent detergents (pH > 9), ensuring the tile surface is thoroughly rinsed with clean water afterward.
  • Prevent Surface Scratches:Place heavy-duty protective felt pads beneath all furniture legs and avoid dragging heavy equipment or sharp-edged objects directly across the tiled layout.
  • Grouting Best Practices:Lay tiles with a recommended 2 mm spacing joint using color-matched grouts; avoid high-contrast colored pigments that can cause severe bleeding or permanent stains in the tile micro-pores.
  • Initial Deep Wash:Complete a professional wash using a soft, non-abrasive single-brush machine or a wet vacuum between 4 to 10 days post-installation to properly strip away stubborn adhesive residues or grout haze.
