Care information
  • Protect After Installation: Cover the floor to prevent scratches and damage during ongoing work.
  • Clean Regularly: Use warm water, a soft cloth, or a microfiber mop with a pH-neutral cleaner if needed.
  • Avoid Wax & Harsh Soaps: Do not use waxes, polishing agents, or film-forming cleaners.
  • No Abrasive Tools: Avoid steel wool, wire brushes, or rough scrubbers.
  • Remove Oil & Grease: Use a suitable alkaline or degreasing cleaner, then rinse well with clean water.

  • Tile Batch Variation: Tile shade and size variation between batches & warpage is a standard industry occurrence and shall be deemed acceptable. Please inform the tile layer to check before laying.
  • Tile Damage Tolerance: A damage margin of 1–2% in tiles during transport is within acceptable limits and shall not be considered for claims.
