Care and cleaning

A few minutes a week keeps the surface clean and free of water marks.

  • Regular Cleaning: Clean the rimless bowl regularly using a soft toilet brush and mild toilet cleaner to prevent buildup of stains and bacteria.
  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, acidic, or abrasive cleaners as they can damage the ceramic surface and internal parts.
  • Use Non-Abrasive Tools: Clean with soft cloths or sponges; avoid scouring pads or metal brushes that may scratch the glaze or seat.
  • Clean the UF Soft-Close Seat Gently: Wipe the seat cover with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid alcohol-based or acidic cleaners which can degrade the material or hinges.
  • Prevent Limescale: Use a descaling product monthly if you have hard water to prevent mineral buildup inside the bowl and flush channels.
  • Avoid Dropping Heavy Objects: Handle the seat and toilet carefully to avoid chips or cracks in the ceramic.
