Care information
  • Dry Sweep Daily: Use a soft-bristle broom or vacuum with a tile-safe brush to remove dust and debris.
  • Mop with Mild Detergent: Use a damp mop with warm water and a pH-neutral tile cleaner. Avoid overly wet mops.
  • Rinse After Mopping: Always follow up with a clean water rinse to remove any detergent residue that can dull the surface.
  • No Acid or Bleach-Based Cleaners: They can damage the surface and degrade grout over time.
  • Avoid Oil-Based or Waxy Cleaners: These leave a film that can make matt tiles look patchy or slippery.
  • Don’t Use Metal Scrubbers: Always choose non-abrasive pads to avoid scratching the matt surface.
  • Let sit for a few minutes, scrub lightly with a non-scratch pad, and rinse thoroughly.
  • Clean grout lines regularly with a soft-bristle brush and mild cleaning solution.
    For long-term protection, apply a grout sealer every 6–12 months (especially in wet areas).
