  • Avoid bleach or acid (vinegar, ammonia).Don’t drag heavy objects — may scratch polished finish.
  • Dry after cleaning to avoid streaks.

  • Tile Batch Variation: Tile shade and size variation between batches & warpage is a standard industry occurrence and shall be deemed acceptable. Please inform the tile layer to check before laying.
  • Tile Damage Tolerance: A damage margin of 1–2% in tiles during transport is within acceptable limits and shall not be considered for claims.
