Care information
  • Flush Lines Before Commissioning: During installation, flush the supply and drainage lines to remove debris that could damage internal parts.
  • Gentle Cleaning: Clean visible actuator plates or flush plates with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals.
  • Avoid Corrosive Chemicals: Do not use bleach, strong acids/alkalis, or abrasive powders on flush plates or exposed parts.
  • Dry Surfaces: Wipe dry exposed surfaces after cleaning to prevent water spots and mineral deposits.
  • Operate Occasionally: If WC is not frequently used, operate flush cycles occasionally to prevent valves sticking.
