Care information
  • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove water spots and dust. A microfiber cloth works best to preserve the chrome finish.
  • Dry after use : to avoid water marks and limescale buildup—especially important in hard water areas.
  • Use mild liquid soap or diluted dishwashing liquid with warm water.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, scrubbing pads, steel wool, or scouring powders. These can scratch or dull the chrome surface.
  • In hard water areas, clean around the button, flange, and lever weekly to prevent calcium deposits.
  • Operate the lever gently to preserve internal cartridge life.
  • Avoid letting liquid soap, shampoo, body wash, or cleaning solutions drip and stay on the trim surface—they can stain or etch the chrome if not rinsed quickly.
